Letters of Invitation & Visa Requirements

If you require a letter of invitation for your institution, or for visa requirements you will be able to indicate this on the form at check-out, or you may contact us directly at: iaoplondon2020@gmail.com.

We are not able to offer advice on visa regulations, but you can get full information on the UK Government Visa and Immigration pages at: https://www.gov.uk/apply-to-come-to-the-uk.

Abstract Submission

Please indicate at check-out if you have submitted, or if you intend to submit, an abstract. This will help us plan the programme.

NOTE however that abstract submission is a separate process to registration – please see the abstract submission pages.

Hotels and Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the meeting registration. Delegates are responsible for finding and booking their own accommodation. Numerous hotels are located close to the conference venue and some of these are listed on the Hotels and Accommodation page.

Please note that hotels in London can be expensive and that prices may vary from time to time depending on demand. Please review the hotels websites or the websites of booking agencies (eg. Trivago, Booking.com or Expedia) to compare prices.

Many hotels can already be booked for June 2020 and prices are still low - we recommend hotel booking as early as possible since this is often the best way of getting a guaranteed lower price.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund (less a £50 admin fee) will be available up to 30th April 2020. From 1st May 2020, NO refund will be available

However, if a member must cancel because of special circumstances or for reasons beyond their control, please contact the organisers directly.
